What’s Burch’s Guarantee?
We back every pair of shoes we sell with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy—and we’ll work with you to make it right. That goes for our custom orthotics as well.

What’s your shipping policy?
Burch’s offers free standard shipping in the continental U.S. We charge $10 for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders typically arrive in 4-7 business days; please allow two (2) business days for processing prior to shipping. If you wish to receive your order faster, we would be happy to do so, however overnight and two day shipping costs will be charged to the order.

How about phone orders?
We are happy to accept and place your pre-paid order over the phone. We will gladly ship your order anywhere within the continental United States at no charge. We charge $10 to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

The shoes I bought last week just went on sale—what can I do?
Bring your receipt into the store, and we’ll credit you the sale price on shoes purchased within 2 weeks of the sale start date.

Is my information secure?
We will not sell or share your information with anyone, for any reason, including information used for gift card purchase or email signup. When you purchase a gift card online, Burchs uses a third-party SSL certificate to protect, encrypt, and safely transmit your information. Your information and payment is guaranteed to be secure and safe.

What credit cards do you accept?
We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express.

What do I do if my shoes need to be repaired?
We’ll take care of repairing shoes that you’ve purchased from Burchs.
