Thank you for purchasing from Burch's! This page is used for acquiring the steps necessary to process a return via a purchase made at a physical Burch's store location which has been mailed to your home.

Included with your package was a packing slip. Please use your packing slip to locate your order number. You will need your order number to look up your purchase on the following page.
